I look forward to having more people trained in the Boulder area so they can enjoy the amazing results that SRA offers. It has changed my practice and how I look at a body.

I continue to have experiences with Spinal Reflex Therapy (SRT) that keep my mind going. I have always had pretty great results overall in my practice, but have been looking for something to tie it all together. What I have found with SRT is it completes the circle to the neurology, hitting all the muscles on the reflex, not just the ones in the area of pain and dysfunction.
What I have had difficulty with is trusting my findings. There have been multiple times when my client would come in with pain in the right shoulder, right hip and I would find a left cervical or lumbar and want so badly to just switch the pattern to the right side. However, I said I will try it, because the 20/2 rule will keep me honest, and sure enough on the third or fourth point in the low back I would hear, my shoulder just completely released, or my head just opened up.
I continually have to trust the process and remember that there are many checks and balances hard wired into the procedure from the FLLE to the IP primary and secondary points to the 20/2 rule. What I like the most about the process is I can go as in depth into the how and why as I choose, but when in doubt I can keep it simple and go back to the basics!
